UK Mainland Delivery

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail which normally takes around 3-4 days. Heavier items can cost more to send by Royal Mail than by courier, so we may need to send it by courier. We aim to ship everything we have in stock within 24 hours on weekdays. Some products we need to order in and delivery can take longer.

Products requiring refrigeration will be transported with cold packs or in a cool box in order to maintain an appropriate temperature. These will not be shipped on a Friday unless specifically requested.

Products which are POM-V or POM-VPS can only be delivered to the payment address.

Delivery for orders over £150 (excluding VAT) is free unless delivery is to the Highlands of Scotland or Nothern Ireland.

Please note some addresses in the Scottish Highlands can take up to 2 days for delivery to be completed.

Below £100 the delivery charge is between £2.85 - £8.95 depending on weight and size of products ordered.
